RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included in our packages.
  • To guarantee your reservation in peak season (Dec 20th–Jan 5th) we may charge the total amount of your stay at the time of your reservation.
  • All reservations must be paid in full at least 45 days before arrival.
  • Guests leaving the hotel before the check-out date will be charged for the full amount.
  • Any refund will be done by following the standard process of the banks.
  • Refunds will be limited to the recovered amount minus banking fees.
  • No refund will apply for peak season Dec 20th–Jan 5th.

  • Check-in time is 14:00
  • Check-out time is 8:00
